Where are you, liberals? We need you!!

This is an interesting post over at Volokh Conspiracy that basically talks about how liberals (who comprise the majority at most law schools) come out intellectually flabby for lack of much challenge to their viewpoints. Is the same thing happening to conservatives/libertarians here at Chapman? It was this fear that made me suggest, only half-jokingly, that perhaps the Federalist Society should assist the ACS in pulling some events together and uniting Chapman's liberals. Some adversarial dialogue is critical. It's really kind of sad that we have to get Federalists to write both the Pro and the Con side of our Newsletter columns. Where are the honest-to-goodness progressives? I'm tired of this devil's advocate stuff.
