Federalist Society VP Wins Presitigious Writing Contest!

I am very excited to announce that Federalist Society Vice President Tim Kowal won first place in the Pacific Legal Foundation writing contest for his paper titled, "Rethinking Eminent Domain: Incorporating Restitution Theory Into Just Compensation." Be sure to congratulate Tim when you see him!
