Jeremy Rabkin: Whose Constitution Is It?

Professor Jeremy Rabkin, a highly regarded scholar in international law and state sovereignty, will be speaking at Chapman on Wednesday, March 29th at noon. He'll be discussing the role of international law in American courts at an event titled, "Whose Constitution Is it? Why Foreign Law Has No Place in U.S. Constitutional Law." Profession Rabkin will talk about specific instances when American courts have looked to international law and discuss the effect of such citations on American jurisprudence and American sovereignty. This is sure to be a fantastic event!
